General Information
Rooms are available Sunday-Thursday 6 am-11 pm and Friday and Saturday 6 am-1 am. There is a four hour minimum on all weekend rentals. Reservations must be made in person.
Weekend rentals will be provided the opportunity to decorate rooms for no more than four hours on the day of the rental at a discounted price of $50/hr.
Reservation Fee
A non-refundable fee of $250 will be required upon signing the contract for the reservation. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the rental.
Damage Deposits
Rental without Alcohol: $250
Rental with Alcohol: $500
Damage deposits are refundable, pending no damages to the room or facility and all guests leave the facility on time.
Security Fee
Alcohol is allowed at Evans Community Complex but must be arranged prior to final payment date with Quality Mixology 970-576-2044. Alcohol options available, additional bartending fees will apply.
Security Fee is applied when alcohol is served at an event. Fee includes the presence of one security guard per 100 people. Rentals exceeding 8 hours will incur an additional $100/hr Security Fee.
